Horrible experience. Charged twice the amount that locals do ($380) and still didn’t fix the problem. The technician wasn’t sure what the issue was. Could be the opener the spring or the track. If he did any adjustments would cost extra ($125 extra to adjust the spring ). He was here for 45 minutes and still had the problem. He seemed more interested in selling me new opener. Also added 15% for using a credit card.

Please don’t trust these guys they came to my house and opened my well working opener and springs also threw it on the floor and asked for change for the garage panel and I asked if can do it or not they promised to complete the work but never showed up after taking my deposit money so I called multiple times they are so much

I originally called Mr. Garage Door in Strathroy to replace an old opener, but during the visit he noticed our springs were broken and the door itself wasn’t in great shape. He didn’t just swap out the opener—he completely got our garage door back in working order, quickly and professionally. Super knowledgeable, honest, and clearly takes pride in what he does. If you need anything garage-door related in the area, this is the guy to call. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Called late afternoon, job was started and finished the following morning. Very punctual and professional job. This guy knows garage doors well. Went above and beyond what I expected. If you want quality service, look no further.

Chris believes in customer service. He was the first one to answer my call for an estimate on new door, came out when he said he would, installed the door very efficiently. I thought I had a problem with it (my lack of knowledge was the problem) and phoned him. He came within the hour and solved the problem in 2 minutes.

We are very happy with the process and the finished product. We have a very old home, not very many square corners- they were able to adjust and adapt quickly to ensure it was still done properly. Very easy process from start to finish with no worrying.

The repair guy (I didn’t get his name) was early. He was knowledgeable and he knew what he was doing. Very pleasant to talk to. He was completed the repair in less than hour. I will definitely use Mister Garage Door again.

Chris did a terrific job fixing our garage door. Not only did he repair the initial problem, he checked the whole mechanism and detected a fraying cable, which he replaced. He came out on a weekend within a couple of hours of our call. We would highly recommend this company.
